Registered migration agents must meet professional standards, follow a Code of Conduct and maintain up-to-date knowledge of migration law and procedure. All registered migration agents have a unique Migration Agents Registration Number (MARN), and you can check whether a person is registered on the OMARA website. If you have a concern about our work, you can raise it with us, and you can also take it to the OMARA. You do not have to come to us first; our complaints page explains both routes.
